• --TOPAZ HD2-- is a highly alkaline professional cleaning agent designed to remove heavily charred food residues and soot deposits from ovens at meat and fish processing facilities, as well as at food processing plants.

• • Particularly effective at removing complex polymerized fats and soot.

• • Can be applied by manual washing, foam washing, or immersion .
• Washing with TOPAZ HD2 is carried out using foam-generating equipment, manually, or by immersion, in compliance with safety rules for working with caustic substances. The foam must not be allowed to dry on the treated surface. After treatment, all surfaces must be thoroughly rinsed with drinking water.
• --IMPORTANT!-- During cleaning and sanitation, especially when using high-pressure systems, mist may form. This mist consists of fine particles of water and the chemical agent being used. Do not inhale the mist! Always wear a respirator!
• TOPAZ HD2 contains sodium hydroxide, decyl-octyl D-glucose ethers, and alkylamine oxides. The product is designed for sanitizing most types of smoking chambers, thermal cabinets, racks, smoke generators, cooking vats, baking ovens, and other heavily soiled equipment and surfaces in production areas. It is used to remove protein and fat residues, including complex and stubborn deposits, during the sanitation of equipment and other surfaces at meat processing facilities.
• --TOPAZ HD2 Application Instructions:--
• • Cross-check with the hygiene plan, carefully review the product label, the full instructions for use, and the safety data sheet.
• • Pre-rinse the surface with water to remove coarse soiling.
• • Apply foam to all surfaces using a 2-10% solution. Contact time: 10-20 minutes.
• • Rinse surfaces with water at 40-60°C to completely remove the foam and any remaining soil.
