• • A ready-to-use, alkaline professional cleaning product that easily removes baked-on stains, grease, and burnt soiling from cold and hot surfaces. Rivonit is also ideal for use in ovens, grills, deep fryers, and racks.
• • Note. Do not use on alkali-sensitive surfaces such as aluminum, glass, ceramic, or painted surfaces.

• --Before Use:--
• • Cross-check with the hygiene plan, read the packaging label and safety data sheet.
• • Do not mix Ecolab Rivonit with other products!
• --Instructions for Cleaning Ovens and Grills:--
• • Use protective gloves and goggles.
• • Apply the product to either a cold or a warm surface . Avoid the ventilation area.
• • Close the oven door for 15-20 minutes to let the product work. If Rivonit was applied to a cold surface, leave it for 1 hour.
• • Open the door and wipe the interior surface with an abrasive mop if necessary. Rinse with clean water to remove residue. Air-dry or dry with paper towels.
• --Instructions for Removing Soiling from Dishware by Soaking:--
• • Use protective gloves and goggles.
• • Fill the soaking container with an Ecolab Rivonit solution at a concentration of 1-3% depending on the soiling.
• • Soak the dishware in the solution for 10-15 minutes.
• • Remove the dishware from the solution and rinse thoroughly with clean water.
