To maximize washing efficiency, save water and energy, and protect the environment, avoid using running tap water — instead, soak dishes in a container of water and use the recommended dosage. Excellent results can be achieved even without abundant foam.

• • Used with an Ecolab dispenser. An Ecolab specialist will install the dispenser according to your needs.
• --Application Instructions:--
• • Review the hygiene plan and the label on the container.
• • Dilute 5-10 ml of Ecolab Pantastic Lemon in 10 l of warm water. Heavily soiled dishes may require a higher concentration.
• • Pre-treat dishes with a stiff sponge to remove loosely attached soiling.
• • Soak the dishes in the solution and let sit for a while.
