- --Ecolab Nettoclar Rapid-- is a professional crystallizer for marble floor coverings and other limestone-based surfaces such as terrazzo and travertine. It fuses the surface layer of the coating, achieving a high-quality "mirror" appearance and extending the floor's service life. Used with single-disc machines.
- Before crystallization, sanding, or at minimum a deep cleaning or rinsing of the surface, must always be performed. Be sure to remove all working solution residue or soiling and wait until the coating is completely dry. Nettoclar Rapid is applied undiluted, working with a high-speed single-disc rotary machine fitted with a white or steel pad. It is more practical to work in 2-4 m² sections, which prevents the product from drying on the surface before it is processed by the rotary machine. Work the surface until the "mirror" effect is achieved. After crystallization, perform daily floor cleaning with Ecolab rasanTEC mops.

- • Test compatibility with the surface material on a small, inconspicuous area.
- • Place "Caution, slippery floor" warning signs and leave them in the treated area until the floor is completely dry.
- --Application Instructions for Ecolab Nettoclar Rapid:--
- • Before crystallization, remove stubborn soiling using Ecolab Bendurol Forte diluted at a 1:3 ratio.
- • Then thoroughly rinse the surface and wait until the floor is completely dry .
- • Use concentrated Ecolab Nettoclar Rapid solution and spray it evenly over 2-4 m² sections of the surface.
- • Polish the floor with a single-disc machine until the desired shine is achieved.
- • Remove steel pad residue using the Ecolab RasanTEC system.
- --Storage Conditions for Ecolab Nettoclar Rapid:--
- • Store only in the original, sealed packaging, at temperatures between 0°C and 40°C.
