• • Cross-check with the hygiene plan, read the label and safety data sheet.
• • Before using Assure Liquid on items made of other metals and alloys, check material compatibility.
• --Instructions for Soaking Cutlery:--
• • Use protective equipment when working with the product.
• • Fill the soaking container with warm water . Add Assure Liquid at a rate of approximately 10 ml/l.
• • Remove all surface soiling from the cutlery.
• • Place the cutlery into the soaking solution. Wait 20 minutes.
• • Remove the items from the solution and rinse thoroughly with clean water. The soaking container should also be rinsed with water. Depending on the intensity of soiling, it is recommended to prepare a fresh solution for each shift.
• --Instructions for Removing Tarnish from Silverware:--
• • Use protective equipment when working with the product.
• • Place a piece of aluminum foil at the bottom of the soaking container.
• • Fill the soaking container with warm water . Add Ecolab Assure Liquid at a rate of approximately 10 ml/l.
• • Remove all surface soiling from the cutlery. Place the cutlery into the soaking solution and ensure all items are in contact with the aluminum foil. Wait until the oxide film disappears from the surface of the items being cleaned.
• • Remove the items from the solution and rinse thoroughly with clean water. The soaking container should also be rinsed with water.
