• --Ecolab Absorbit-- is an alkaline high-temperature powdered professional cleaner for deep cleaning of fryers. The ready solution withstands heating up to 95°C. Effectively removes used cooking oil residues, burnt food remnants, and carbon deposits. Can also be used to remove carbon from metal pans and other frying cookware. The product formula has no harmful effect on metal, ensuring safe use on kitchen cookware.

• --Before Use:--
• • Cross-check with the hygiene plan, read the label and safety data sheet.
• • Do not mix Ecolab Absorbit with other products.
• --Application Instructions for Fryer Cleaning:--
• • Remove fat, oil, and residual soiling.
• • Fill the fryer with water up to the maximum level.
• • Add 20–30 grams of Absorbit per liter of water and mix thoroughly.
• • Heat the solution to 90°C and leave to soak for 10-20 minutes.
• • Rinse with clean water.
• --Cleaning Other Kitchen Utensils :--
• • Fill a clean container with hot water and add Ecolab Absorbit powder at 20 grams per liter, then mix thoroughly.
• • Place the soiled cookware in the solution and soak for 10–20 minutes.
• • Rinse with clean water.
